"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."  ~ Martin Luther King, Jr.

You might notice that things are looking a little different here. The Heffelfinger Company has launched a brand-new website.

As experts in organizational transformation, we love watching things improve, and our website was in need of a makeover. After all, it can be one of the first touchpoints for our clients, and we want our site to serve as a resource for businesses looking to become better organizations.

The new site has been designed with a cleaner and more modern approach so visitors can find exactly what they’re looking for.

Our navigation drives you directly to the most important parts of the site, including our blog where we’ll be sharing tips, news, and strategies that have helped our clients.

Make sure you scroll all the way down to the footer of our new website to sign-up for our email newsletter. We’ll be sharing our blogs on leadership, company culture, and executive excellence with those who subscribe.

Organizational Transformation

Sometimes it’s not the forward-facing part of a company that needs to be transformed – like our site needed an update. Instead, it might be that the internal operations are in need of some fresh ideas. That’s why we are passionate about organizational transformation.

We collaborate with businesses to create new strategies, develop a positive company culture, integrate newly merged organizations, and redesign operations for maximum efficiency. When things feel off or changes have left your company reeling, we’re happy to partner with you to make things better than ever before.

If the events of 2020 have taught us anything, it’s that businesses need to be open to change. The business market has shifted with more remote work, rising inflation, and an influx of resignations.

For some companies, the past few years have just been about keeping afloat, but the companies that will thrive see these changes as opportunities. As things begin to transform, you don’t have to stick to what has worked in the past. The things you took for granted or that you kept around because it’s how you “always did it” can be examined more closely when the world throws change your way.
