Thought Leader Session - From AI Curiosity to Strategic Human Capital Decisions
AI adoption is accelerating—and it is fundamentally transforming how organizations work.
Yet there is still little clarity or consensus on the strategic human capital decisions required to ensure effective AI implementation.
That gap is precisely where senior HR leaders have the greatest leverage: shaping how work is designed, how capabilities are built, and how culture and governance evolve to support AI transformation.
To bring rigor and shared direction to these decisions—and turn AI momentum into disciplined human capital choices—HRSF is launching the AI Collaboratory, a year-long experience for senior HR leaders. Our March fireside chat with Dr. John Boudreau, moderated by HRSF Board Chair and CEO of Human Capital Growth, Dr. Shreya Sarkar, sets the foundation for the year’s exploration of AI and human capital decisions and you are invited to join the conversation.
“From AI Curiosity to Strategic Human Capital Decisions”
March 11th | 9:00–10:30 am PT
This session is intentionally designed for Chief People Officers and senior HR executives navigating enterprise AI transformation.
We will explore:
- Where HR creates the greatest value in AI adoption
- What must be unlearned in traditional mental models around talent
- How the lens on “critical talent” must shift in AI-enabled organizations
- The workforce investments that accelerate transformation
- The most underestimated human capital risk in AI
This is not a tools conversation.
This is not a “how to use ChatGPT” session.
It is a strategic leadership dialogue.
If AI is on your board agenda in 2026, this conversation is for you!
