HRSF AI Summit - Future Ready HR
HRSF AI Summit-Future Ready HR
Leading People-centered AI Transformation
AI adoption is moving faster than most organizations can adapt work, roles, skills, and culture to match it. HR leaders are increasingly expected to guide that adaptation, often without a shared, evidence-based framework for how to do it. HRSF AI Summit covers the trends driving where AI takes work next, how work and organizations will need to evolve in response, and what effective org design looks like under those conditions. Sessions address strategy, governance, and ethical decision-making, with the goal of equipping HR leaders to guide AI adoption that is both responsible and effective.
What sets this Summit apart is that participants leave with a framework and tools they can put to use immediately. Both were developed over six months inside the HRSF AI Collaboratory, where CHROs, academics, and AI practitioners worked through them together using case examples from technology, healthcare, and professional services organizations ranging from mid-size firms to global enterprises. No prior involvement in the AI Collaboratory is needed to follow it or put it to use.
The day is also built around peer exchange. Participants are working through the same AI implementation problems in parallel, at different organizations, and the Summit creates space to compare notes on what is and isn’t working. Many of those conversations continue well past the day itself.
Who should attend:
- CHROs and senior HR leaders
- AI transformation leaders
- Researchers working on the future of work and AI in organizations
