We provide leadership development for leaders at all levels, but more frequently at the VP, Director, and Senior Manager levels because we believe these levels are most likely to impact the success of an organization. After we have worked with these levels, we are then able to move the development lower in the organization.

It begins by spending time up front with you and throughout the organization to determine what business results you want to accomplish and what behavioral changes you would like to see in your leaders. We then design and deliver learning that will address what your organization specifically requires.
Our learning is structured in such a way to ensure that it’s more accessible and actionable than traditional training, where most of what is learned is forgotten very soon after the training. Therefore, most sessions are about 90% experiential and only about 10% lecture, and many sessions are set up in such a way as to maximize interaction and engagement. Participants are given concepts to experiment and practice with, followed by feedback from instructors and peers. Sessions are spaced apart so that participants have time to apply what they’ve learned to their respective real-world situations and needs, as well as to work on occasional team projects and assignments due at certain sessions. Additionally, facilitators and senior leaders follow up between sessions with participants.
